Peterstone Court is a country house hotel, a restaurant and a spa all rolled into one. It occupies a privileged and historic position on the banks of the river Usk in the Brecon Beacons. Chic and distinctive in style, it remains true to it's Georgian heritage yet with some tasty modern touches.

The Conservatory Restaurant is filled with light and the views through the atrium windows are breathtaking. Outside the restaurant and bar feature a wonderful, spacious terrace with tables overlooking the flowing river below. The restaurant at Peterstone has won many awards for its food and features in all the major food guides. The head chef prefers to "keep it simple, focus on taste and flavours", and he shows this with his talent for creating dishes which combine traditional favourites with a modern British bistro-style.

The rooms in the main house are large, light and airy. They all provide the same luxuries and quality but are designated as Good, Better and Best based on their size and the views from the windows. The stables have been converted into four duplex loft rooms, ideal for guests with dogs. All rooms have comfy beds, flatscreen TV's, DVD players, tea/coffee-makers, bathrobes, slippersand gorgeous Welsh Myddfai toiletries. 

The spa has been created in the converted cellars where there is lovely vaulted ceilings. It is run entirely in-house and offers an extensive collection of treatments. Relax in the jacuzzi, detox in the sauna, take a dip in the seasonal heated pool or work-out in the gym, where qualified fitness instructors are on hand to help. Or just chill-out with a drink in the Moroccan-styled relaxation room.
