There's a big clue in the name of this stunning luxury villa on Lanzarote. With five bedrooms, five bathrooms, two kitchens and masses of indoor and outdoor space it is ideal for two families who want to holiday together but maintain a degree of independance.

Villa By The Sea offers multiple private areas to relax, allowing you to soak up the sun surrounded by luscious palm trees and nearly 50 olive trees. Beside the large solar-heated swimming pool is the pool house equipped with a WC, shower, fridge, and kettle, along with yoga mats and blocks. Behind the pool house, younger members of the family can enjoy bouncing on the trampoline and playing on the sandy volleyball pitch. There seem to be terraces and verandahs everywhere, so there is always a quiet spot in either sun or shade.

On the ground floor of the main house there are three bedrooms. You’ll find a spacious air-conditioned master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. Look out from the bed through the feature, round window overlooking the surrounding countryside . A second bedroom with double bed on this level has windows with lovely views over the gardens. A third bedroom has an elevated double bed. These two bedrooms share a family shower room. Stairs lead up to the mezzanine that overlooks the lounge, featuring an L-shaped sofa and a dedicated workspace. From this spot, you can find focus if you are remote-working on your stay while enjoying the captivating view of the Atlantic waves. From the mezzanine level, access the exterior balcony with stunning garden views. Following the terrace to the right, discover the air-conditioned blue room, complete with an ensuite bathroom and floor-to-ceiling glass walls that provide panoramic sights and the perfect atmosphere for stargazing. This seaside villa is conveniently situated just a short 10-minute walk from the ocean.

As you leave the lounge area and step onto the terrace on the ground floor, take a right turn to discover the second section of the house. This area features a room with a lofted double bed accessed by step ladders and a single bed on the ground level, making it an ideal space for kids or teenagers. The elevated double bed adds a unique touch and optimises the room’s use of space. Below the elevated bed, there is a door that leads to a double bedroom with an ensuite, ensuring privacy and convenience for young children or teenagers. This is followed by a kitchen dining area.

The whole island of Lanzarote has been designated a Biosphere Reserve by UNESCO, international recognition of the importance of both the natural and man-made features that make the island unique. No visit to the island can be complete with a trip to Timanfaya National Park. Timanfaya is the huge conical volcanic mountain at the heart of Lanzarote. We also recommend a trip to Mirador del Rio, the view point that looks over to the neighbouring island of La Graciosa, with arestaurant designed by the island's famous artist/architect Cesar Manrique.
