Barrow House is a Georgian country house Bed & Breakfast right on the waterside of Barrow Bay, a secluded natural harbour sheltered from the Atlantic by Fenit Island. Just a couple of minutes away is a long sandy beach backed by dunes, and the small town of Tralee is just a few miles in the other direction.

Right in front of the house is the terrace and deck, positioned to take full advantage of the south-facing position overlooking the water. The lounge and library also look out on the sea view, as do many of the guest rooms. The remaining guest rooms have a view of the garden.

Full Irish breakfast is served daily in the breakfast room, or you might choose to have a continental breakfast in your own room.

The eight guest rooms are immaculately decorated and spacious. Depending on the size, they have double, kingsize or super kingsize beds (one has twin beds) and the larger ones have a private sitting area to enjoy the views. In a separate building, the Rookery has room for four, plus it's own kitchen and accommodation for a pet dog.

County Kerry is full to the rafters with coastal and mountain scenery. Enjoy it on foot, on a bike or on horseback, or just from the inside of your car.
